As part of his job he assists buying groups in a variety of ways from helping with administration to negotiating the lowest price possible. In setting up this website he hopes to help heating oil users to find a group and partake when they can while letting them know about WhichOilSupplier for those times when your needs do not fit in with the local buying group.
